1. How to Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your BreeLyo account
In the BreeLyo mobile app
- Open Account & Privacy
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Deleting your account will permanently remove or anonymize your personal data.
2. What Information Gets Deleted
Information that is deleted or anonymized
When your account is deleted, the following personal information is permanently removed or anonymized:
- Name and contact information
- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo and avatar
- Address and saved locations
- Company name (if provided)
- Insurance information (COI, provider, policy number)
- Google login connection
- Referral code
- Login credentials and active sessions
Your account is marked as deleted and all active sessions are revoked.
3. Information That May Be Retained
Information that may be retained
Some information cannot be deleted because it is required for legal, tax, payment, fraud prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes. This includes:
- Completed job history
- Payment and Stripe transaction records
- Earnings and payout records
- Receipts and invoices
- Refund records
- Dispute and resolution history
- Compliance and tax records
This information is retained only as long as required by applicable laws and financial regulations.
4. Conditions That May Prevent Deletion
Account deletion may not be available if:
- You have active jobs in progress
- Jobs awaiting approval
- Unresolved disputes
- Pending payouts (for cleaners)
- Pending refunds
These issues must be resolved before the account can be deleted.
